DELIVERY

All items purchased from Swan Beauty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Delivery charges will be added if available on your order of products, and it will be shown in Saudi Riyal unless the website permits to different currency. 

If you have missed the chance of receiving your order the first time, you have the right to arrange another day for delivery with the carrier company. In addition, for any reason you have missed the second time of delivery, you might be charged extra for another arrangements.

For your safety, Swan Beauty  do not allow exchanges or returns unless products were received completely damaged.

If for any reason there were damages to any product after handing it to the carrier company, Swan Beauty  will do its best to keep in contact of the customer and the carrier company to solve any issue; however, the responsibilities will fall on the carrier company.
